I have been a professional hair stylist for over ten years and I am so grateful to have a career that I am so deeply passionate about. I began working in a salon after graduating from a Paul Mitchell Partner School located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Hair styling is a skill that requires a lot of practice and having that time in the salon was priceless. I wanted to continue to grow as a person and a stylist so I spent some time training and educating at that same school from which I graduated.

When people find out what I do for a living they say, “You must have the coolest job ever!” And you know what? I really do! I get to be a part of so many special events in people’s lives and share that moment with them. What could be better? As one bride said to me, “You are not only an amazing artist, you also get to do something so few people can; you get to make me feel pretty and confident!”

Hair styling is a skill that requires a lot of practice and having that time in the salon was priceless. I wanted to continue to grow as a person and a stylist so I spent some time training and educating at that same school from which I graduated.
After several years of teaching, I realized that it did not give me the freedom or time to work in the bridal or commercial industry. It was then that I decided to devote my career to what I loved the most!
Ever since starting in the hair industry I found that I really enjoy working with photographers. I developed and even deeper love for my job when I started working in the film industry. I currently spend the majority of my weekdays doing hair and makeup for commercials, television, and film. I’ve worked on many local commercials and advertisements along with a few feature films. Working with known actors has been a humbling experience and really helps me to hone in and perfect my skill as an artist. Doing this type of work has given me an extensive knowledge of how things look on camera and in video, which translates beautifully into my bridal work.
My clients are what make this job most special to me. My favorite moment is when a bride picks up the mirror and smiles as she sees the transformation that has been made. My main priority as a stylist is not only to perfect the look my brides are trying to achieve, but to also accentuate the beauty that already lies within each of them! Being able to build a relationship and work closely with my bride, to create what we feel will be best for her big day, is something I pride myself on. This Texas native loves the outdoors and when I’m not working you can usually find me traveling, exploring historical sites, attending plays, finding cute coffee shops, or just relaxing with my friends!
